Terms and Conditions

At Longbow Arms, we value our customers and strive for their absolute satisfaction.

PURCHASING FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION

  • All silencer, firearms and ammunition buyers must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age (depending on the firearm, 18 years of age).

  • Never have been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year

  • Never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution

  • Never have been a fugitive from justice

  • Never have been an unlawful user of any controlled substance

  • Have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces

  • Never have renounced his or her US citizenship

  • Have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence

  • Never have been subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child

 

Accessory orders will be shipped United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx depending on the situation/cost. Ammunition orders will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). Firearms shipment will be by the most appropriate and cost effective means and only to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).  We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

PAYMENTS

We accept cash, check (special circumstances), some forms of digital payment, and all major credit cards (using Payroc/SimpleSwipe).  If you are making a payment with a debit card, please understand Longbow Arms will take no responsibility for any overdraft charges associated with a purchase; this includes any charges associated with processing error.

We do not accept payments over the phone.  The liability is not worth it for you or for us.  We can produce a payable invoice and send it to you for credit card payment.

BACK ORDERS

No Back Orders are being accepted at this time.

​

PICK-UP AND STORAGE POLICY

Inbound Non-NFA transfers must be picked up within 21 calendar days of arrival.

Storage fees may apply after 21 calendar days at a rate of $5 per day unless prior arrangements are made.

​In accordance with applicable Tennessee State law, any unclaimed items after 181 days will become the property of Longbow Arms.

​Longbow Arms reserves the right to deny service based on the legality of items due to local, State or Federal laws. If we determine there is an issue with your transfer, we will promptly notify you.

SALES TAX CHARGES

Longbow Arms is located in Tennessee.  Orders sold to to anyone in Tennessee will be charged state and local sales tax.  In Montgomery County it's a total of 9.5%

​

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Longbow Arms extends no warranty and is not responsible for any damages due to failure of used products.  Most new products are fully warranted by the manufacturer and product returns should be arranged with these manufacturers, unless there was an error with your order.

RETURN POLICY

At Longbow Arms we strive to insure your order is shipped accurately and that the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, Longbow Arms will cover return shipping costs.

  • Upon our receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.

  • All custom and NFA sales are FINAL.

Please Note: A detailed note explaining the reason for the return and whether an exchange or refund is desired MUST accompany all returns. Be sure to include all current contact information including name, address, daytime phone number, email address and the original invoice number when possible.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which original payment was made (i.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account). Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% return fee. NOTE: If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, or wherein our judgment the product meets the advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Exchanges: When returning merchandise to be exchanged, please include estimated shipping charges to ship the replacement merchandise.
